Ever wondered what powers Australia's top-tier property management businesses? Meet Kolmeo, the prop-tech powerhouse. Timplates jumped on board post-rebrand to cook up not one, not two, but four Word and PowerPoint templates, all dancing to the brand guidelines of a tech-savvy giant.
The Challenge
Post-rebrand, Kolmeo handed us the reins to craft templates that not only followed brand guidelines but also played in harmony with their loose brand elements. Translation: a kaleidoscope of possible combinations for covers and layouts. Our challenge? To make each one look both fresh and consistent.
Our approach
Starting with the graphic-heavy PowerPoint template, we dived headfirst into the design pool. The trick? Configuring elements, changing colours, and finding that sweet spot between simplicity and visual appeal. Rounds of amendments? Minimal. Approval? Swift.
With the PowerPoint crown firmly in place, we extended the logic to Word covers. Element configurations remained the same, only the colours danced differently. Inside, minimalism ruled, offering a visual breather.
